Deposits by package

Per session, whatever the size. A different deposit for one piece can still be set on the booking.

What each size usually takes

Clients see these as a range ("$5,400–$9,000, 3–5 full days"), never a quote. They book and pay the deposit first; then Vik works out the design with them.

Days, hours and booking

A day is one full day, or up to two half days (one from each half day start time). Hourly sessions and touch-ups start on the hour and take a free half-day slot, so they have to fit inside one. Every session has to finish by closing.

Cancelling, moving, touch-ups and age

Clients ask Vik to cancel (no self-cancel). Moving it themselves needs the same notice.

Touch-ups are free and one-off: the client messages @cozyinkz and Vik books it (book_touchup on Telegram), setting the length each time. No check-in email.

Travel fees

For house calls and when Vik travels. Quoted after booking, never shown on the website. Leave a tier empty and the assistant says Vik quotes it.

Studio addressTo confirm

Only sent to clients Vik has approved, in the email 48 hours before their session (with the prep notes). Never shown on the website or to the assistant.

E-transfersTo confirm

Where clients send e-transfers (for matching them to bookings later). Not shown anywhere yet.

Consent forms: how long they're kept

Vik keeps signed forms and ID photos forever (empty). Put a number in only to have them deleted that many days after the session.

Square

Connect Vik's Square account so card payments show up here and clients can pay deposits online. You'll sign in to Square and approve it there; Square never shares the password with us.

It can only: take deposits and send refunds · see payments and refunds · create the deposit order · read deposit orders · see the business name and locations. Nothing else in Square.

Not ready yet: Pavan needs to add the Square app details (SQUARE_APP_ID, SQUARE_APP_SECRET, SQUARE_TOKEN_KEY).

Who can sign inAnyone Cloudflare Access lets through
Connecting Google (Analytics and Search Console)
  1. Create a Google Analytics 4 property for cozyinkz.com and put its measurement ID in the site build (PUBLIC_GA_ID).
  2. Add cozyinkz.com to Search Console and verify it (a DNS record, or the PUBLIC_GSC_VERIFICATION tag).
  3. In Google Cloud, create a service account, turn on the "Google Analytics Data API" and "Search Console API", and make a JSON key.
  4. Add the service account's email as a Viewer on the GA4 property and as a user on the Search Console property.
  5. Set GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT (the key), GA4_PROPERTY_ID and GSC_SITE_URL on the Worker. It syncs every morning, or press Sync All.
