One rule: money counts on the day it arrives (deposit, balance, tip, product sale) and a refund counts on the day it goes back. Square is linked with Connect Square (Vik signs in to Square; no token is pasted). Card payments come from Square POS, read-only, and are matched so nothing is ever counted twice. No card refund goes out without Vik's OK. No tax or bookkeeping here: Moody does the books.

Same numbers everywhere: the Today page, Trends and Vik's morning summary on Telegram read the same tables. Test-mode deposits are kept apart as source "Test payments", so they never mix with real money once Square checkout is live. Payments from before the first Square sync count as money in without needing sorting.
